Pandan Beach Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront with stunning views of the black sand beach. We loved how close it was to everything, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with our needs. The room was well equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with a sitting area. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. The hotel had free Wi-Fi and a car park, which was very convenient for us.

In terms of service, the staff could be a bit understaffed, resulting in longer wait times for our requests to be attended to. However, despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the market, making it easy to purchase necessities. the location of the hotel on the black sand beach provides guests with a stunning view of the sunset. Being near everything is a convenient advantage. Rooms have a wide bathroom and closet and are equipped with comfortable hammocks. the staff is accommodating, providing patients with eating utensils and hot water upon request.

Though the hotel has decent wi-fi, it can only be accessed in certain common areas.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was situated right on a fine black sand beach, the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the picturesque scenery. the hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the shared spaces/common areas where I could use the Wi-Fi and indulge in a delicious chicken curry from the menu.

Starting New Year at the beach, surrounded by palm trees and the sound of the waves was the best experience ever. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was fresh and delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect since it was close to the pier and we could easily catch the ferry to our next destination.

The main problem with this hotel was the language barrier. The staff spoke very little English which made it difficult to communicate.

The beach was clean and the water was clear during my Easter holiday. the hotel has a good location for exploring the surrounding area and was within walking distance to local markets. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing recommendations for nearby attractions. the hotel offered a relaxing massage service for an affordable price.

The food options were limited and the quality was average. the rooms were small and lacking proper ventilation, making for an uncomfortable stay.
